Stakeholder Engagement is relevant when you're approaching funding rounds, regulatory reviews, or public milestones. Strategy Retreat Facilitation works well for annual planning cycles or when leadership needs dedicated time for long-range thinking. There's no pressure to commit during initial discussions.

Each service has a defined structure outlined on our Solutions page. Generally, we start with scoping discussions to ensure alignment, then move into the core work phase with regular check-ins, and conclude with delivery of specific outputs. For the Diagnostic, this means interviews and analysis leading to a report. For Stakeholder Engagement, it involves mapping sessions and framework development. For Strategy Retreats, it includes pre-work, facilitation, and synthesis. Timeline and deliverables are established before beginning.

Each service has a stated fee that covers the engagement as described. The Business Health Diagnostic is HKD 3,600 for a three to four week assessment. Stakeholder Engagement Strategy is HKD 9,200 for the six-week program. Corporate Strategy Retreat Facilitation is HKD 19,500 for a two to three day retreat with preparation and follow-up. There are no hidden costs or pressure to expand scope beyond what you've engaged us for. Payment terms are discussed during scoping.

All engagements include standard confidentiality provisions. We understand that diagnostic work, stakeholder mapping, and strategy discussions often involve sensitive organizational information. Any materials shared remain confidential and are handled with appropriate care. We're happy to work within your organization's specific confidentiality requirements or sign additional agreements as needed.
